Title says it all, but I'm review there to most famous songs "Kelsey" and "Shake it". I personally think they have good voices, but strain them to much by pushing the higher notes. They could improve greatly, also the instruments are basically the same notes repeated which doesn't show much skill to me, all it shows is lack of effort and laziness.
The lyrics of the songs are pretty pointless though and could be written by anyone, in shake it all it is is random words about partying and sex thrown together to make a song, if this band hadn't come along I'm positive some other band would have made the exact same song. With the song Kelsey I guess the lyrics are okay, but it seems like a normal song which again any band in that genre could of written.
Out of a 1-10 I'd give Metro Stations "Shake it" and "Kelsey" a 4.
